Marks and Spencer sale

  • I have just received an email saying the last of my 8 has been despatched. I did 8 orders of between £31-£50 and have received everything.

The small order trick worked for me, as in previous orders I made of between £100-£300 I received very little.

It was a bit of a hassle and only 2 of my orders tracked on Quidco, but I got what I ordered and have put tickets in for the other 6 that have not tracked.

Good luck to the rest of you that are still waiting.

  • I had a basket of sale items last night and they suddenly disappeared, looks like they have cleared everything off the site.

Anyone received an order placed on Boxing Day please?
I placed a £227.00 order and it has STILL not despatched even thought estimated delivery date is 8-10 January.
I emailed them earlier in the week after last years fiasco when I received nothing and received an email back saying delivery will be 8th.
    I won't hold my breath.
    When will I learn?

You will definitely get the price you paid. They don't show the price on the advice slip but it's all computerised so they know exactly what you paid.

This did not happen last sale. I took back several items & they tried to refund me the further reduced prices. This time I am definately going to print off a copy of my order to prove the prices charged.

I needed a copy last time as they said the items had been reduced further in the final clearance. So I would definately take a print of the order when returning goods.
  • Does anyone know the opening hours of their customer care line?(0845 609 0200) I've been on hold for 20 mins so would try again later but I'm not sure if it'll be closed after 8pm or something!

I ordered 07.00am xmas morning and I have not received anything as yet, my delivery is supposed to be the same date as you was 3rd Jan. but that was changed last week. Only 1 thing cancelled up to now and I have not heard another thing from them regarding delivery so I am just waiting.

I took a few things back last week to my local store with my invoice (which didn't have prices on). The woman actually asked me how much I paid and typed it in! I could of said anything!!

Definately worth taking your email print out with prices on though I'd say incase they do try to refund you the further reduction price. How silly though not putting the prices on the invoice!
