I have had an email from them saying my order has been despatched. Seems as though I have been lucky as everything is in stock - providing they arrive!

I ordered mine on Christmas Day around 11ish - if that helps anyone. Made one large parcel of £93 and not smaller ones.

They did this last year and I never received a single item. They said they were awaiting stock on one item and in the meantime my whole order sold out.

Great....so this means I probably won't receive my orders placed on the night of 24 December - I still have orders placed that day, just sitting there lifeless on my account page - status hasn't changed at all in over a week! Now I am wondering if there is a rogue item which is holding up the entire order....I have had no luck at all in this sale...someone here referred to it as a "lottery" - that really does sum it up. What a horrible shambles. They are still selling sale items but again not fulfilling any of them (I am stupidly still living in hope that I'll actually receive something from them...why list things as being immediately available and in stock when they are not..? Arghhhh)

True - they can randomly disappear from the order BUT even if they are on the order as dispatched, they may not actually have been packed. Items disappeared from one of my orders pre-dispatch and then one other item never got packed, even though the email said it had. I had to ring and ask them to credit me for the missing item.

Try looking at your order details online and seeing if there's a 'change' button next to any of the items. I suspect that if there is that's probably the item that's now out of stock. I may be wrong, though.

Doesnt work, if it says change next to the item, the item is still in stock and all you can "change" if gift wrapping option

Thanks anyway....no doubt the orders will be removed by M&S anyway soon enough!

Luckily I have managed to get about 2 items from the Marble Arch store in the sale - a pair of boots & a top - bought them just in case this happened and they messed up again, as sadly it seems to be the norm now!! But compared to how many items I ordered online, a pair of boots and a top is nothing....I know there's more to life but this is really not on!

Can anyone confirm when the instore further reductions happen? On this thread different 'insiders' say different dates. Is it tomorrow or Thursday or both?
Got to get a M&S bargain somehow after 14 out of 18 orders cancelled (And I ordered Christmas Eve and very very early Christmas Day)

I work at M&S and was told that the instore further reductions happen on Wed 2nd Jan, ie tomorrow.
The sale items sold from these reductions are going to be non refundable like the managers reductions.
