Mine arrived today (superkingsize) and the original price was actually £65!!! It's absolutely gorgeous too.:j

I also managed to get one of those Vodka shot sets reduced from £29.50 to £7 and a couple of the Bucks Fizz sets reduced from £15 to £5.

Saying that, I have placed about 20 separate orders for sale stuff and wasted many hours if that's all I end up with!

I've received an 'some of your items are out of stock' email :rolleyes:

My order was placed at 11:36pm on Christmas Eve. How can these items be out of stock?! They were still in stock on Christmas morning. How many people ordered the items after I did and who have also missed out. Of course now the total of my order has gone down and I am being charged delivery :rolleyes: Looks like I am going to have to ring them.

Why isn't ordering online easy with Marks?!

I see the sale link has now gone from the home page!

I did post the links to the individual sections but they don't appear to work anymore. The sale items are there still but you have to go via each section ie footwear. They are mixed in with the full price items.

Hi. I placed my first order with M&S on Xmas day- ordered a size 12 and size 14 of the same coat. Order received today but only 1 item received although 2 on the parcel summary- what shall i do. Its too late to call them and i have only just got home. Seem to have been charged for the 2 items and 2 on parcel summary so i am worried that they wont refund me for the missing item. I am a bit annoyed as the size 12 coat doesnt fit and the size 14 was missing. Any advice from seasoned M&S shoppers? Thanks.

i also had that problem where items have been missing and it was stated that they had been despatched all together but i did receive the missing items in seperate parcels so just wait until wednesday and see if it arrives seperately as they keep doing this.

Also does anyone know when the next round of further reductions are?

Couple of things about the £10 - you do not seem to be able to put through the FREEDELY code as well for free delivery over £30, and if anyone has used it, what happens when you take an item back - do you get the £10 in vouchers?

I am EXTREMELY annoyed as with the rest of you.

I placed my order at about 10 past midnight on Christmas Day. I received an e-mail on Friday telling me one item had been cancelled. I received another e-mail today stating another item was in stock. How can it possibly take a week to decide something is out of stock? This isn't a sale - it's a lottery. It certainly wasn't 'first come, first served'.

To top it all off the first item they told me was out of stock is now on the website again - before the last item of my order has even been dispatched (I'm not holding out much hope it ever will be) - so why couldn't they have added it again? :mad:

It wasn't a silver bottle vase was it? I've ordered it 4 times now as it keeps coming on the website and then they cancel my order :wall:

I have just checked Marks online, and one of the items that they took off my order yesterday as being out of stock is now back on the website for sale?! :rolleyes:
