Lots of goodies in Canterbury - managed to be disciplined and not buy all the toiletries which were mostly down to £2 or £3. Got scarves and gloves all £1, a couple of games inc murder mystery from £20 down to £3 and £5. Lots of dirt cheap xmas stuff, but there are only so many baubles a girl can have.0

I got told on the 31st Dec that my entire order was cancelled as it was all out of stock and now they've taken the money for that order from my bank account. Emailed yesterday and no reply yet :mad:0

You will probably find you'll get a refund in a couple of days. Similar thing happened to me. Delay probably due to the bank holiday. It is hugely annonying though!0 -

I would suggest you ring customer services and speak to someone. I had various problems to discuss this morning. After a very pleasant conversation, and lots of apologies, £25 of gift vouchers are on their way.
One of my complaints was that my card had been charged for an item, even though it did not appear to have been dispatched. My card was then credited with the same amount 2 days later. My card was then debited for the same amount the next day - and the item is apparently still out of stock!0 -
Looks like the sale is disappeared from the websiteMember no.1 of the 'I'm not in a clique' group :rotfl:
I have done reading too!

Good for you Xoleeb. Why are you looking at this site then? Why are you criticising other people? You should go off to the shops in Feb and be ripped off by buying a full price coat. Good for you - I would rather not thanks!0

Visited the 2 Peterborough stores around 5pm today. The kids section had been well and truly raided - hardly anything left at all in the sale section there. Lots of household stuff reduced though including nice xmas wrapping paper for £1 amongst other stuff.
In the ladies wear lots of stuff in the further reductions all round the store but not really anything that was anything special! The shoes didn't appear to be included in the further reductions as they hadn't been marked down from the original sale price.0 -
