Marks and Spencer sale

These days every large company (and small companies in my experience) will delivery your order without fault.
But I think you'll find Marks & Spencer is the exception to that rule. They will take your order, but that is no guarantee that they will fulfil it.You don't get medals for sitting in the trenches.0 -

Exactly and when I looked today it was still showing
M&S really know how to upset their customers:rolleyes:
I hate to say it but I think you're all being taken for a ride. M&S seem to be doing something underhand here. I mean how many people have ordered and how many people have actually received 100% of their order?Amo L'Italia0 -
I was just looking around in the sale site again, and the items that i ordered on Christmas day, for which i had received an email to say they were out of stock....well they are back on the website again!!!!
So i have just ordered them again... and am keeping fingers crossed.
I assume they couldn't have put them back on the site by mistake?
I am noticing that things that have been out of stock the last few days seem to be coming back on the site?Nothing ever lasts forever...0 -
My order was showing as all in stock but knew it was too good to be true had the email saying some items out of stock of course it then fell below £30 plus it was the thing i really wanted but it's bound to be:rolleyes: also delivery has now been put back untill the end of jan when i'm sure more items will be out of stock. Orders at 10.30 xmas day so have sent them an email asking for the postage back. What do you think are my chances?:)Mummy to 2 wonderful boysWant to be fit for 30 not fat at 30but i want never gets!!!0

I made my first order from m & s online and i can honestly say i will NEVER EVER order from them again !!
The first part of my order was sent today, another 2 items will be sent separately. That i am ok with as i am in no huge rush for them.
What has really stressed me is how they have asked for payment for the 1 item they sent today 7 times !!! So value they sent me was £10.16 but then they have aplied for that again 7 timesWhich is stopping me from buying anything else from anyone.
I called my bank today and they told me what was going on.
I think i am going to have to call M & S customer services and complain about this. ! Has anyone else had anything similar ?furrypig says:my name is Choccy and I am addicted to nose free stamps as I want to save them all and give them noses!!!:rotfl:
About me. Im Choccy or Chocolate orange depending on where i am.Yes occasionally i am a total looon who spends too long online, but no where near as much £ as her spendy elves do ..:D0 -

I have had 100% of my orders fulfilled this time around. I placed 3 orders, each totally a little over £30.In a rut? Can't get out? Don't know why?
It's time to make that change.

Had 2 items off one order ( Xmas day) delivered already. The rst of it has now had the delivery dates moved to Delivery estimate: 15 Jan 2008 - 17 Jan 2008 .. I mean that is ridiculous.. either they have the stock or not.HLK
