I've just looked at the tracking of my order. According to the delivery people it was delivered to me yesterday at 13.28pm - no electronic sig required. Funny how I haven't received it  and I always have to sign for my M&S parcels  . Strange..........................!

Id take a look around your garden as they always throw my orders over the back gate and I usually find them outside when im locking up at night.

All my items - bar a £1.50 kids' t-shirt, have now been dispatched which is terrific. Mine were mostly men's jumpers and a few kids' pieces, as well as some toiletries.

Hope everyone else gets their orders, too. :)

' <-- See that? It's called an apostrophe. It does not mean "hey, look out, here comes an S".

Popped into a store today and managed to get a few of the things I have ordered online so if it's all cancelled now I won't be that bothered!

With six of us in the house plus a dog (!) there isn't any way we wouldn't have heard the door bell. I've had a look just in case but nothing found - thanks anyway. Interesting.............................................

I had one of my orders delivered yesterday and didn't have to sign  Driver made a point of saying no sig required, I usually wait at the lift so that I can sign and he doesn't have to wait for the lift to come back up, can take ages.

Might be worth contacting HDN Lara, I'm assuming this is the carrier for your area too.

    Good luck

Thanks Sparky. I might do that as I have always had to sign before now. Yes it is HDN - they are probably closed now though!

Just checked on HDN website and found this:

    Home Delivery Network Limited do not provide local or national telephone lines for customers to call but welcomes feedback which can be sent to;

    Neil Vice
    Client Services
    Home Delivery Network Limited
    Fallows Way
    Whiston
    Merseyside
    L35 1RZ

If your delivery has been attempted and you have received a card, please contact the number on the card.

All other enquiries should be handled through the company the goods were ordered from who has the ability to liase with the local depot.

Looks like you'll have to contact MandS, good luck

Yes I read that Sparky and I have sent M&S an email explaining. Should be interesting although it could still be sitting in the delivery van!

I sent HDNL an email awhile ago when my Debenhams pacakge went missing. They replied within an hour, this was about 8pm on a Friday evening.

So send them an email via their webform on their site.
