I'm soooo mad :mad: :mad: :mad: at M&S and myself too! Every order I've ever done online has ended up having things cancelled one or two days after receiving confirmation of my order. Every time it happens I say I'll never order online from them again and then I can't resist! I just ordered 11 items and now 4 have been cancelled (3 days later)! :mad: :mad: :mad:

What I can't understand is WHY the **** can't they set up their website like most other big suppliers and only sell what they have stock to honour the order? It is not rocket science to design a website that does proper stock control so that as soon as a customer places something in their basket it goes out of the 'stockroom' for a set period (giving the original customer a set time limit to either complete the order and pay or put it back). !!!!!! Ryanair manage to sell airline seats on that basis and we've used them loads of times and never had our seats cancelled!

I think M&S have really gone downhill in the last few years and their feeble excuses don't wash with me at all.... I wouldn't trust them an inch!

All of my 5 orders have been delivered today. Just hopeful the next 2 orders I placed will be delivered soon, but they are saying January. Still, I am well pleased.

Both my orders suggested delivery dates of 31 Dec-3 Jan. But one of my orders was dispatched today, albeit in two deliveries, so hopegully will arrive tomorrow or Monday. Hurrah!

The first part of my last order arrived today (stuffed through the letterbox by HDN) - a Judoon t-shirt for £3! The rest of that order was only despatched today

Just sums up exactly how I feel too! I've got 3 orders which have been saying 'To be dispatched soon' ever since Boxing Day. I wish I knew just how soon is soon!

I got my coat today, from £79 down to £19, pleased with that.

Placed three orders, got part 1 of the first one today. All my items were orderd on Christmas eve, cant understand why some are going to take longer then others.
Still annoyed that they took off things out of my order though.
