Marks and Spencer sale

Just phoned them up again and got a very nice lady who tells me that 3 out of 4 of my orders are being dispatched today. She also looked at the 4th order and saw that it was delayed awaiting more stock of 2 items. She kindly offered to try to split the order - and now I should get most of the items next week.

I placed 3 separate orders. One on the 24th at around 11:45pm, one on 25th at around 12:10am and another on the 25th at around 8:45am.

I received an email this afternoon telling me that the order I placed at 12:10 on the 25th has been dispatched, along with one item from the order I placed on the 24th?! Everything bar the ones sent are now showing as sold out online.

The order I placed on the 24th has now been split into 4 deliveries with one of the items given an estimated despatch of 17th January!

How bloody rubbish are Marks and Sparks online?! The items I ordered on the 24th were still showing as in stock on the morning of the 25th, so why haven't these been dispatched too?!

I really will reconsider using Marks and Sparks online in the future. It doesn't look like they could organise a !!!! up in a brewery.

I just phoned and had my delivery charge taken off of my pending order (not my fault their inefficiency put me under £30).

Apparantly one lot was dispatched yesterday (ironically, the little filler items I added to make it up to £30) and the rest will be sent on the 31st Dec.

This is the first I have experienced this, very unimpressed. I went instore today and the queues were so long I just walked straight back out.

I sent a bit of a snotty email earlier, and I've just checked my order and they've removed the delivery charge (though didn't email me to let me know). If you don't ask you don't get... Still I'm peeved that I'm not getting one of the items (the one I really wanted!) and there's no way I've braving the crowds and going to the store

I popped in store today late morning and managed to pick up two X'mas ornaments reduced from £9.50 each to £2 each. A box of gorgeous X'mas tree bobbles - again £9.50 down to £2. I got a hand finished photo frame £7.50 down to £3, a pack of 3 X'mas socks £6 down to £2 and a pack of 3 socks £3 down to £1.50.

Will probably go back for another proper nosey tomorrow. I was loaded down with heavy/bulky bags which stopped me from having a good look.

fingers crossed - I've had an email to say my order has been despatched. It was only 5 of 1 item so hopefully they should arrive in the next day or so.

As I wasn't sure if my orders would arrive, I agreed to go with my sister to the Next sale at 5:00 am and then on to M&S. Rather annoying to find that most sale items hadn't even been marked up in M&S when we arrived at around 6:30 am.
Managed to buy some Per Una items that I had ordered online - so not too bothered whether those items come or not. What's the betting that they ae the ones that arrive and the rest of the orders get cancelled??

Not in my experience. Can take several days.

I got the "Dear John" email this morning telling me that they were out of stock of the two main things that I had ordered. I logged onto the website and cancelled the rest of my order.
I'll take my custom elsewhere.:mad:
