I put in a £101 order on Christmas Day - didn't bother to split it up and just had email saying whole lot has been despatched. Hopefully it has and I will receive them all! No bargains like the freeview boxes from last Christmas though - they were superb.

I ordered about £60 of stuff on Xmas morning. Had an email yesterday to say that one item has been despatched and have just checked online and the rest of my order is showing with an estimated delivery date of 31st Dec - 3rd Jan. Not had an out of stock notice but now a little concerned in case the order later gets cancelled and I don't get the stuff. Wondering if I should just go to the City to M&S and try to buy the bits I really wanted anyway. What a PITA!

Now then...I wonder if they will turn up.

Just checked online and........they've just been removed from the order.........they really are the most useless company.

i put through 2 orders at 12.30am and i've just checked the website and under my order it says "not yet despatched", i've just phoned them up and the lady has just checked the order (took her over 10 mins to do), out of the 6 items in the order 2 are out of stock, this takes my order to under £30 but the lady on the other end said that i'll still get free delivery. and the second order seems to be ok.
It might be worth phoning up and checking your orders, the number i called was 0845 609 0200.

My order date was the 24th(I stayed up) and I've just had an email stating an item is out of stock. I'm expecting more to be out of stock by the time the order is despatched. They have a fantastic web site but it is a shame it's let down by crap stock fulfilment.

rang them up and they cancelled the delivery charge they had made, try it if you get charged, due items cancelled

Thanks Brummiebird, just phoned and the chap checked and all my stuff is in stock and being delivered. So no need to go to town...hurrah!

Same here, I did 3 orders, the stuff I ordered as soon as the sale started christmas eve is the worst, nearly everything cancelled. The annoying thing is some of the items they cancelled are still showing in stock

They will in my experince refund the delivery charge if you call them up. Best to just call them, cause they dont seem to respond to emails.

Most of my stuff still seems to be in stock, apart from the shoess... the loveely shoess....ah well excuse to go to Clarks now.
