I have been watching the 3 orders I made on Christmas morning at c 8-10am online to see the status. The last 2 orders have moved to being ready to be dispatched and you can't amend so I am hopeful they will come. The first order I made at 7ish is still waiting to be collated and can be changed. I rang up online people to see what it all meant and they said there shouldn't be a problem but I am planning to ring every day to check as the sooner you remove the out of stock item the more chance there is that some of the rest will be delivered. i think it takes a few days for the internet team to release the order if things go out of stock and then of course you get very little or none of it.

I am planning to hit the store tomorrow. BTW my first order was the big one and the other 2 little orders seem to be ok.

I'm watching my 3 orders too that I placed yesterday. The estimated delivery date for one of the orders keeps moving alarmingly to a later and later date. Just spotted it now says 14-16 Jan!:eek:

Wondering if I'll get any of those items.:rolleyes:

Decided to ring them up - to be told that much of what I have ordered is out of stock. When I asked what items I would get, they can't tell me.

Very frustrating. Looks like I'll have to get up early tomorrow and go to the store and see what I can get there.

What time did you order and what sort of items? The things I seem to be getting are Christmas related and technology dept.

I placed two orders Christmas Eve. One is "Despatching soon". The other one, placed 10 minutes later - nothing has happened to it at all.

Two orders placed Christmas Day. On one order 1 of the 5 items is "despatching soon", and the other 4 are just as they were. So I assume this is as bad as last time, and that is all I will get.

The second order placed Christmas day is just sat there.

They don't appear to have sorted the problems from the last two sales.

one part of my 25th Dec order is already despatched (today)!

the remainder, like my 24th Dec order is "to be despatched soon" estimate 31st Dec to 3rd Jan

I placed 2 orders between 8:00 am and 9:00 am, 1 at 1:30 pm and the last one about 7:30 pm.

All were for womenswear - Per Una and Autograph mostly.

Placed an order for £200+ but after last years fiasco I won't hold my breath on it arriving.
Still £13 Quidco has tracked already!

my second order was mainly non sale stuff and the status hasnt changed so im hoping there is hope yet
