I've been thinking back to what the agent told me about my orders when I rang. She said that the way I could find out whether I was going to get my item was to see if it was still in stock. Almost nothing that I have ordered is now in stock. I hope she didn't mean that if my items haven't yet been dispatched and they are no longer in stock, that I won't get them?!

Had an email today to say my third order has been dispatched already!
(whereas the other, which were placed earlier, haven't!)...bizarre!

did you pay extra for speedy delivery or just go for the standard delivery?

I must admit I don't follow her logic :huh: Surely if it was in stock when you ordered it, you should get it and it is showing out of stock now as they have sold all the items of it they had. Not sure that I am making much sense there either!

I placed an order at just gone 12am on Christmas morning, not long after the sale went 'live' and that order is showing an estimated delivery date of 31st December - 10th of January :huh: with all but one item now showing as being out of stock when checking the site. Yet they were in stock earlier this morning when I checked my status as I could still change my order.

I'm not holding out much hope to receiving my order.

In the Summer sale I did not get ANY item I ordered even though they were in stock when I placed the order and paid for them.

E mailed them this morning and they said they had STOCK ISSUES and couldn't meet the order and cancelled the lot. GUTTED. I thought I'd done the bulk of my shopping and now I havn't and I'm REALLLLLLLLLLLLLy disappointed and guess waht they offered me as compensation. £15 off my next order - THEY WISH - why would I order from them again._pale_:huh:

Isnt Amazon dealing with M&S orders.... How cant they be so bad I too ended up with 1 item outta 10 in summer and am suspecting the same with my order at midnight xmas eve :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad:

I have ordered about 10 orders of just over £30 each to qualify for freedelv bt am not holding my breath .Thought if I order loads then at least some of it may come here's hoping!

I really wish they would update their website like Amazon have to show how many items they have in stock. How difficult can it be to have real time stock allocation when so many other companies do it?

I placed four orders yesterday morning & all have not changed status

Does that mean I'm getting my stuff? Placed my orders at 1:30am on Christmas Day.

just checked the progress of my two orders i placed BEFORE midnight christmas eve and two items are no longer showing up, no trace at all...they've just adjusted the order amount :mad:


*edit* yet both items, in the sizes I ordered and still showing up to buy on the site???
