Hello all.
Would somebody please be able to spare the time to have a scan over my WS.?
Understand there is a lot there and wondering if it's too much. I'm just not sure some of it is relevant but I freely admit to not being overly legal minded.
I will be having help tomorrow on a pc so will all be a lot neater and hopefully I will be able to add the links if I find out how to do it..
I am running out of time fast on this as it's 28 days before the hearing,which is 28th.Oct.

Make sure that its under 50 sides of A4 , 25 pages, culling it as required to reduce the size 

See below too, 1505 is correct 

Name of the parking company is incorrect, plus incorrect number of exhibits

You have still not stated the correct name of the claimant in the Title as per claim form.

Check the number of exhibits in para 2.

Morning folks,thanks for taking the time to have a look and respond.
Daft mistake regarding the Claimants full name ,I have had to write it down so many times aswell!🙄! So thank you for pointing it out again . Also noted the mistake ref exhibits in para 2. Thank you 1505grandad. (Very tired when I wrote all this down due early shift work)

The keeping it under 50 pages A4.  I know this is going to be a stupid question for you people but I'm doing all this on a small tablet and have no idea of how I would know how many A4 pages I have used to be honest . Could you please advise as to how I would know this on a tablet.
I will be going to a relatives house later for help to transfer all this onto a proper pc but need it all done first on here.
The information sent by the court about the hearing does actually say to somehow keep it to no more than 6 A4 pages if possible but  that the judge will understand if not possible. 

Could you please suggest what paragraphs I could cull as I am starting to go round in circles again like I did with the defence.

Nellymoser, thanks for advising me on that point,it will be taken out. 
As for all the numbering issues, I forgot to renumber them at the end, (was 5am and been up  just short of 23 hours as i was at work for 6am the previous day so not surprising I made mistakes like that. Thank you for pointing those out though.

It will all look better when my brother can get it onto the pc,fingers crossed.

So in summary then,it's not a million miles away. The only issue is too long and so needs culling a little to shorten it down. I did think it was a lot but I am obviously struggling as to what to take out as it all seems relevant and don't want to take something out that is really strong and important at the expense of a less important subject.
Can you please advise me on how many pages I currently have and what I can cull enough to bring it down to a more suitable amount of pages.

Sorry to be asking for this help and I am really appreciative of all the feedback. I need to get this emailed and filed tonight really as can't pick it up over the weekend so don't want to leave it till Monday(last day)

It is the usual practice when using initialisations that at first use it is spelt out in full.

For example, in para 16 perhaps it should read... therefore Vehicle Control Services Ltd ('VCS') have no right to...

Thank you for replying. However I am a little confused. Are you suggesting I add that to para 15 which would make sense?
Problem is,I have been advised that i need to take script and paragraphs out,rather than add to them.
Like I say,I am going round in circles. It feels close to okay but then seems far from being finished again.
Sorry for being a bit gloomy and despondent about it!
As always,advice is more than welcome as I don't want to just end up sending something that is going to weaken my situation because I run out of time and just go with it.
I don't even know how many pages I have at the moment so no idea how much I have to cull. I am just not a computer person I'm afraid.

Your WS is good. Not sure it needs culling.  The court will print up to 50 sides (not 25).

If you already had wordy standard paragraphs in the second half of your defence that appear in your WS you could cull the blatant repetition.  That's if you used the Template Defence.
