"ii). Hidden Terms:
The £100 penalty clause is positively buried in small print, as seen on the signs in evidence."
Are you using the signs as exhibits as there are none mentioned in the exhibit list at the top of WS?

Hi folks
Thank you for spending so much of your time scrutinizing my WS.
KeithP, no worries,we all make mistakes😁.
1505grandad .Yes,you are right. I did wonder about that statement as I'm not really relying on any signage issues as I wouldn't have even seen any with not being the driver. So can definitely take that one out. I don't think there is any other references to signage that I am relying on as such but please pull me up on it if you spot any. Thanks.
Coupon-mad, it was a post earlier that suggested I need to cull a little. I did use the template defence so will have to put them side by side to see if there is lots of repitition.
I did use the Road Traffic Act in my defence and have repeated but that wasn't part of the template defence,as you obviously already know. Would that be worth taking out. I do believe it is very relevant though but already in the defence.
What is your opinion please as it is very valued?
Does it show at your end how many pages I have used?
Just to clarify then, in your opinion,I don't really need to cull it other than the obvious wrong ones that I have been told aren't relevant.
Many thanks all0 -
