Remove it then and the words about it. Use VCS v Edward only.  That's enough, especially as this Claimant is VCS!

Ok,will have another look tomorrow to see if it comes up as it means rejigging it a it all around again.

Thank you for taking the time to find it.
We did,however,find it in the early hours and added it so all done now and sent.

Massive massive thanks to all of you that helped throughout ,so appreciative of the time you give at strange hours.

There is no way that any of us would stand a chance without you lot in the background pointing us in the right direction
 Sent it to the court,myself and of course the scammers.
Have had an acknowledgement from the court and of course myself so they have obviously also received it.
So sit back and wait now then I assume?

I note that you write that you have sent it but you did ask for help with your preliminary matters and I would point out that witness statements are written in the first person ("I" not "the defendant").  Also you seem to have a problem with commas and brackets, this is the correct (way) to use them not ,like ( this ).
