#26, birthdays, holidays & weddings in August plus my birthday last week means, not as good this month, but still scraped together £1100 for September.

If I don't spend all my birthday money I may save some, fingers crossed

I'm just £1,195 off my target for the year with 2 paydays left so I'll certainly pass it (save anything catastrophic happening) but I have a personal stretch target of £25,000.  I can only hit this if I find some additional income somewhere but I'm working on it!

Spreadsheet updated and I have managed to put away £500 for September so now up to £17k. Well done all.

Creeps in after holidays... thanks to @enthusiasticsaver for keeping things going while we were in the land of minimal internet. I managed to save £780.41 in September. Number 2. Next month DH starts to receive his state pension. We are both really looking forward to this!
