I was playing it safe this year due to having in excess of £15,000+ worth of planned expenses so really quite pleased. I have, however, had to play the credit card juggle game throughout the year to ensure I do not pay any interest or bear any significant balance!
Its really encouraging looking at the spreadsheet to see so many people doing so well! I'm looking forward to next years challenge which I will be setting at the £12k again. If you believe you can, you will. If you believe you can't, you won't.

Reporting in for my October update, as I am off work next week and am going to be busy having fun (and probably spending money!).
I have also manged to take more of a balanced approach this month, and spent some money from a different pot on a few things - I have been thinking about buying a digital piano for a while now and pulled the trigger this month. Double pleased with myself as I bought it from a local independent music shop rather than the usual online giant!
