Number 13 TinaBallerina reporting £241.58 for October 2024.  I normally stuff my sinking funds (which I don't include in this total) and save what's left, but this month I decided to save what I could and then stuff what was left into sinking funds.  Think that has worked quite well and I will continue to trial this over the last couple of months of the year. Well done to everyone who have met their targets already!

So we’ve almost made it to the end of the year and the end of the challenge for 2024. After today’s update I’ve got just December to go. Can’t quite believe just how quickly this year has gone. See you all next month for the final update. Fingers crossed for everyone in the challenge to hopefully achieve your goals 🤞

Regular £1000 plus the maturity of a fixed rate savings account has pushed me over my £12k total

Hope all is well with you @george4064. It's hard when money is tight. Harder still to admit it in a savings thread. Keep on, keeping on, as a well known forumite always says!
