I got through straight away - i said I was leaving and they gave me a deal jan free and then £5 a month there after till ma. End of the footie season and it works out at £4 a month then.

Ask them if you want to stay and they will deinately offer you something.

Thats a bold statement, they didnt offer me anything when I cancelled.

Just off the phone from them after being on for just 2min 57sec on the 0191 number. Nice lady called Samantha cancelled straight away with no extra offer to stay which suited me fine. Off to cancel the DD now.
I'm a bit worried that it all seemed to easy. Time will tell.

Typical - just my luck. Altho to be honest just trying to get away's a bit of a task let alone staying longer!

maybe we should all contact the news of the world or something and tell them how bad this compnay is.

News of the world wouldnt be interested, they dont deal with news of any importance. Try the sun:rotfl:
