Omg it's Tuesday today! Thanks
I wonder if the late notice is because it's a test and they are trying to limit the uptake....

If it is and 80% reduction required it will be problematic
I see the wording has changed slightly now, if not the graphic...
They're even more vague about what it's based on too!I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the In My Home MoneySaving, Energy and Techie Stuff boards. I think that wording is at least going in the right direction. We'll not the event window part!0

Gives us something to do while we're sitting here saving energy!

For the previous three events I have calculated my base from the previous ten weekdays, excluding event days.
The percentages reported back to me are pretty much spot on.
29/11, 71% reduction, £2.10 refund
01/12, 34% reduction, £0.93 refund
05/12, 14% increase, oopsie!12/12, 32% reduction, expecting about £0.900 -

I was half way through the latest saving session before I even read the email inviting me to sign-up for it. Is this short notice common to all participating companies or is Eon Next particularly slow with their notifications?Reed0

I've signed up for the ESO dataset again, anyone can. It will give you a bit more notice as you will get the pre-warnings to the Energy companies that there may be a session, and when they state there will be a session and ask them to bid. Should give some more notice.
It will be the 23/24 dataset the other two are from last year.

Looking at yesterday's session it would have given us a clue about 1am it was going to happen
