Wonder what the ESO's conclusion of these tests will be? What "reward" will suppliers and consumers be prepared to cut back on their usage over a short period for, and how much notice can consumers realistically react to?

Maybe ESO guaranteed suppliers more test sessions than is useful to it and have to be mindful of unnecessary costs hence setting reward bar as low as possible to deter participations.
