I am with Eon but use loop for the saving sessions.0

Wise person, that's what many did last year as Eon Next were shocking with how they treated their customers firstly not including all and then changing the rules half way through the 12 sessions.Krakkkers said:I am with Eon but use loop for the saving sessions.
I am perpetually surprised people stay with them after things like that.

Eon said I'd saved 48% in the email they sent. I've not gone back to do the calc but last year they were paying £3/kW
I'm not a heavy user in the time slot anyway so I won't be dining out on the saving1 -
Which session was that for? I've had nothing beyond the "doing the sums" email yet.Lorian said:Eon said I'd saved 48% in the email they sent. I've not gone back to do the calc but last year they were paying £3/kW

Session was Wednesday evening this week, email with result came at 22:00 last night.
Even if you haven't had the email look at transactions for a credit - they typically appear before the email lands.1 -
Got my Eon results for Wednesday, says you reduced your energy usage by 65% so we’ll credit your account with £1.40. I wasn't trying very hard and left a few things like the PC on. Should get a better result from Friday's session as just about everything was turned off..1

Another email from Eon today saying there's another saving session this evening, with a 20% target for me again. BUT, absolutely nothing (no email or credit to my account) regarding the previous two sessions I took part in.When I can reign in my sarcasm, I think I'll be emailing them about it...
