Not just me then lol My first account where universal credit goes into for bills etc... was fine it's just the other account I couldn't download maybe it was a problem with the app as I did have a update for it this morning. I will try again ready for next week.SUPERGIRL2020 said:
I had problems downloading my statements too ended up going to a branch and printing them not sure if you are able to do that but they accepted photos of printed statements_Jem_ said:I have a phone review next week I think it's probably because I have money going out to another account, For some reason I couldn't download the second account statements, I kept on getting a error I don't know if it was the bank app or my phone so I just submitted the one account, Instead of sending a note in my journal and waiting for a response. I also didn't send the code for the the driving licence verification. That will teach me to not to rush things.
Hopefully I will not be on the phone for long as I have voice problems.0 -
Not good had my telephone conversation in the middle of answering a question the man fell silent then the phone went dead and I haven't had a ring back.
Edit: I finally got a ring back problem at their end lol1 -
Well there we have a problem, With my savings account I don't have a statement issued from last November to February this year. I don't know what I'm supposed to do, I have printed of the transactions all the way back to November 23 to February and saved it as pdf and sent it but not sure if they will accept it as its not a proper statement.0

All you can do is wait to see if they accept it, let us know either way as we are all learning about these reviews._Jem_ said:Well there we have a problem, With my savings account I don't have a statement issued from last November to February this year. Let's Be Careful Out There0 -
The questions were only asking if I have any other accounts like paypal or investments, second homes, bonds. basically seeing if I had other money laying around.superM said:

Yes it was accepted, What I did was to print the transactions as it still showed everything that a normal statement shows, then I scanned it through my printer and saved it as a PDF.
Just remember to have your name and address and account showing.
Good Luck Everyone.

I initially sent transaction lists for my accounts, those were rejected.
For the account that issues statements annually I sent the latest statement (didn't include the dates they wanted) and explained, that was then accepted for that account.0 -

Or there are 3rd party ones if you prefer, for years now I've used 'CutePDF writer' (google it) which does the same but I prefer it to the MS one.

You know I completely forgot about that, I think I was panicking thinking what am I going to do, all common sense went out the window. Even managed to get the paper stuck in the printer.Newcad said:_Jem_ said:What I did was to print the transactions as it still showed everything that a normal statement shows, then I scanned it through my printer and saved it as a PDF.You do know that you can print things directly to PDF, so no need for scanning?Simply select 'Microsoft print to PDF' as the printer.

My first thought was to print it and take a picture of it.0
