I remember the days , when National Grid was the ESO ££ incentives, see below, then when it became NESO and Octopus would pay us out 80% of their bid price, and now they are paying 50% . I can't wait until NESO carry out their tests 29/8-13/9 with a GAP* of £500/MWh (50p/kWh) and then see how much sticks to the tentacles. (yes you can call me 🤨)

I was bad mouthing Octopus to OH (general gripe about struggles achieving happy hours) and won £1 on spin the wheel about 30 seconds later. Octopus may not have ears but someone is definitely listening 🤣

Tried exporting for 15 minutes each half hour of the session tonite. Wonder if that will work as I also did that on 1/9

Have a look at streamlit https://savingsessions.streamlit.app , that will allow you to work out your baseline and then work out. For last night my baseline was +.23kWh but monday it was -2.79kWh . I am on IOF so Octopus controls my inverter so the opportunity to hit savings now is very minimal.

I'm surprised you had much in your batts after all that rain in Lancs.

That's what I've been doing and it's worked for me so far. Have exported just over 1kWh over the 30 mins spread across 2 half hours. I have ended up importing a couple of hours overnight on E7 rates though as we're not due good weather today and we'll be using a fair bit prior to holiday.

Who is your email provider. No issue with Octopus via Gmail.

It's mythic beast's default rspamd that's marking them up, no great shakes I can let them by in an Exim filter.

If that's the case then they are creaming more off to pay for the "free hours", last two 168 bids for 6-7pm they paid a very generous 68 points 🤣🤷🏻
