Overheating would suggest something is covering/obstructing the heater, do you have any nearby objects that could be blocking the heat? You can also reset the overheat warning by holding the enter button for 10 seconds.

no obstructions seems to be internittent today, ive re powered 3 times and held enter 10 secs.
I'll leave unpowered 1 hour late.

I thought 23:00 was fine as clocks went back from midnight eco 7 during Bst.
though I'll re check times if possible from bill area code. 18 I think.

Overheating example, I turned prog' heating off 2nd part afternoon.
Possibly stopped charging from 06:30 approx.
31.76kwh £6.17 best to let heat and costs cool until near 5 p.m.
Not sure if Home All Day maybe slightly costly.

That gap was from overheating error, I manually re started after then, though timed schedule from 06ish to 19;00 should only release stored heat.

From my limited user experience, I expect DQ to use limited storage hours tomorrow as it doesn't need as much next day.

Just because you've read that somewhere, doesn't mean it's true for your particular smart meter. t depends how SP have set it up.

However, if your DQ heaters are set to ignore their internal clock when charging and instead to take their cue from the switched E7 feed, it shouldn't matter what your hours are.

I know DQ guide requests user's to check pre prog times to match provider times.
I don't take any action with Smets 2 setup, I think that's from installer and DC signal.
Though I would have thought those times match area times such as 18 from bill.
