    I don't know if it was what they intended but the T&Cs say they'll pay within 28 working days of meeting the criteria. I suspect they meant 28 actual days (=four weeks) but as it stands they don't have to pay out anything for over 5 and a half weeks.  I'm sure they'll pay out eventually but maybe don't hold your breath.
  • £5 debited for blue (no) rewards today, very efficient. My switch was 22nd November. Maybe Barclays are one of the day after the first working day of the month when the second of the month falls on a weekend type operations in which case £175 due tomorrow when Doris and her mate are rostered to sit in an office dishing out the cash but who knows, they keep sending me emails about this that and the other but nothing about my incentive which I would find most useful.

    Yup, can't see mine either.

    When I called them they suggested uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but I don't want to risk losing access just now. Another example of Barclays' borked systems...

    No. Switch completed 21st Nov. No bonus yet and no cashback ever been paid or pending even though 3 transactions completed 
    The blue rewards offer for cashback takes time to update, usually a few days, mine this morning was saying balance as of 1/12/23 and no recognition of the supermarket spend at the weekend. The bonus is stated as payable within 28 days so people posting on here every day saying they haven't had it is somewhat moot - might as well wait until someone says they had it so people can check. I think they paid the first lot quite quickly, maybe as a test run as mine completed on the 13th and was paid within a few days (transferred 2x DD but no DD pulled, joined blue rewards, paid in £800)/

    Yh after all the issues with errors etc not chancing uninstalling and a reinstall either.
    Be glad when another switch is available to dump this current account.

    Had a Barclaycard 20 years plus and never had any issues previously until the current account was opened

    I tested this and my most recent (November) is available and loads fine, anything older can't be retrieved. BC is just a BT card so I don't need statements but maybe they will fix it.

    Mine's exactly the same, any statements prior to opening the Barclays CA are 'not retrievable'.
  • I applied for a Barclays current account on the 26/11 and initiated my switch from TSB that has 2 direct debits. I then joined Blue Rewards to meet the criteria, all done via the app.

    The issue for me here was that when double checking I had done everything correctly, Blue Rewards still prompted me to "Join now". I did this at least one more time just to be sure. 

    I logged into my account yesterday before my switch completed today (05/12) to transfer £800 and I noticed I wasn't part of Blue Rewards so joined again and this time it shows on my accounts page. 

    Question is will I still meet the criteria for the switching incentive? Thanks!!

    Switch due to be completed today. I see the account with NW has disappeared at 8am nothing shown on my Barclays account as yet. Also my purchase from Sunday 3 December still not shown as tracked and even though I joined Blue rewards on the 29 November they have not taken the £5 fee. 

    I managed to pay £5k into the Rainy saver account with no issues.
