I have made the application through the app, but it now says they can offer me the Premier Account (which I do not want) and if I don't want that, I need to go into branch. Anyone know how that works with the switch bonus?
Or can I get the Premier account but not pay in my salary (which is against the terms) and downgrade, as I wasn't looking to change my main bank account, only my 'donor account'?0 -

My 2 direct debits are going to be paid before the switch completes. I'm not going to be able to get a £5 payment in December to offset the first fee unless I conjure up another 2 direct debits to be paid later in November?Oh and I've got the UD001 error mentioned earlier. Will try later this month in the app or try the online banking workaround mentioned on page 1 of this thread.0
