Got mine yesterday which was a nice surprise, usually I'm towards the end.

On assumption they pay tomorrow which they appear to be doing if someone has a pending payment showing then should be well over 80% by tomorrow and i suspect completed Monday

Yes mine just came through a few mins ago. Prob worth everyone checking again in morning as some banks dont process straight away at midnight.

My bank processes at midnight....great means im either in the very last group or theres a problem with the payment.

This is what I thought but the letter I received on Wednesday made no mention of the property. It said I qualify because I'm on pension credit guarantee, am with a supplier who takes part in the scheme, and am the named account holder. Nothing else
