They did say the new design credit cards wouldn't be issued until early November.  If you've already got yours, it will probably have been sent out at the end of October.

They said new accounts & lost or stolen cards new design! Expired cards old design until they run out! 

Hope they update their bank statements as well

I hope they use up any already printed stationery.

Received a letter trying to sell me a loan in the new branding, that was the first of it I’ve had. I had to get a new card reader recently but that was in the old branding as they’re using up their stocks first.

Well they will use up old debit & credit cards first for existing customer & all other stationary e.g pens card readers etc

On the page linked in the original post, they say that anyone applying for a new account after 16th October will get the new design (as will any lost, stolen or damaged cards.) Card renewals for an expired card (i.e. no user intervention) will use up the old stocks first.

Very unlikely, I would have thought. It's only a cosmetic change to the branding, not a technical overhaul. Online banking and the app haven't changed, so I'd be surprised if the statements look any different.

Agreed maybe just change logo but will see what happens
