  • Just as an answer to my earlier question, if you have airtime rewards to help pay your mobile bill, airtime rewards gift card purchases do track for the cashback. Of course, you have to have the card registered on your airtime rewards app. Great way to get 9% off your supermarket shop for the first £200. 
    How long did this take to track to Barclays?
  • Something interesting with mine, made several transactions around the same time on the 2nd which all cleared on the 4th. All have tracked for cashback already except for an Amazon purchase, leaving me 91p short on the reward so far.

    Still in the pending stage so will give it bit longer before doing anything, but thought it was a little odd that only the Amazon transaction hadn’t tracked straight away with the others.

    Where are you looking? Mine never showed as pending in the Rewards account but it did show in the statement on the external website, where I could immediately redeem it
    No transaction is showing in the statement  for December, not a sausage. Very odd. 

    Odd indeed. If the money sits in your NS&I account and has left Barclays, the only logical explanation would be that Barclays have now added the NS&I merchant code to their exclusion list.
    On Friday 1st December I paid £200 to NS&I and the £10 cashback came through a few days later so it was working then. (Someone in this thread said NS&I is categorised as "Government" rather than "Bank"!)

    I made my payment on the 1st December just like you did so unlikely the NS&I has now been excluded. 
  • I’ve used my card normally up til now but my last £50 for Dec spend was thrown into NS&I on Monday evening (4th Dec). Barclays app was still showing £7.50 today, but the ‘Redeem and view offers’ button that links to an external reward website showed the full £10 so looks like NS&I still works.

    Been using this offer since October and it  was slow to update cashback initially but it's now the 8th Dec and nothing is showing on my rewards account for this month. I'm beginning to think I may have lossed the offer. Anyone else having similar problems?

    My rewards have tended to take 4 or 5 days, I'm waiting on a purchase from last Sat night (2nd) so maybe a few days more before worrying too much.
  • Mine from 14 November has still not paid out at 5%, despite activating the 1% retailer cashback within days!

    Stopped using the card. Will submit a complaint for the missing cashback if nothing registered by 19 December (35 days - cut and paste response).

    Have you clicked through to the offers page on the web and checked your wallet there? Mine didn't update in the app.
