My first weigh in will be this weekend but that is without doubt my biggest downfall, nothing as nice as crusty bread.

Well done on the loss Cazann 👏 I'm another one who has a  bread 'issue' but if it's the good stuff not the cheap readycut stuff

  • I always find the weekends hardest to stay on track. When I'm at the office it's fine because I take in my breakfast and lunch and that's it. At home I have access to much bigger breakfasts and lunches, not to mention snacks.
And when it's horrible weather and I don't want to go out, that just makes it worse. I know what I need to do, I just struggle 😔

    My starting weight is 105.9kgs.

Tbh I'm disgusted by that, whenever I have a bad day/week/month/year I comfort eat (or more accurately binge eat).

    16 months ago I was around 80kg......

Feel free to change this into stones, I've done it at kg purely because if I know what that is in stones I'll be even more down and eat more rubbish!

    Thanks for doing this :)

well, Ive managed to put on 2Ibs this week!
Doing the same thing Ive been doing since the start too (I track my calories/activity using an app and follow a vegan wholefood diet for the most part). Im on abit of a plateau at the moment though TBH....all whilst staying active and in a calorie deficit. :/
Probably not helped by my age and being perimenopausal but now I dont know wether to eat more or less, or exercise more or less! I swear this was much easier when I was younger!!LOL :D

Catz line now drawn under the week and new week new start  :)  perimenopausal when weight seems to go on by just looking at a calorie and takes twice as long to come off.  Not sure what to suggest are you eating enough calories? hopefully if you keep on the same track the losses will catch up with you

Foofoo working from home does give better access to those things I shouldn't eat and TBH shouldn't have brought into the house! the mute button is a wonderful thing and i've been known to take my laptop into the kitchen whilst on a long call to rummage in the cupboard or fridge
:s knowing i can make scones in the airfryer in 7 mins didn't help

Bazza I'm happy to move you down to the kilo section of the chart if you prefer?  well done on starting to do something about your weight try not to be too harsh on yourself i think we all are quick to say things about ourselves we would not say to others  :)  we've all a couple of months to Christmas to try and do some good before things get a little difficult for a few days, draw a line under the pass and a fresh start

Have a good week every one
