Switch from Chase burner account due to complete on 23 November, but I’ve not had the usual text from chase to say they progressing my switch request. Equally, in the Chase app it normally shows a closing in X days message against the switch account. No such message this time around.
logged into my Nationwide Flex Direct account and the switch shows as pending with a target date of 23 November. No tick against the switch started progress box , so I wonder if Nationwide are swamped with switch requests at the moment resulting in delays?

I think you might be right about being swamped. I am on hold to them and the message is telling me the wait time is 45 minutes.0

I've had a text message saying I don't qualify. "We're really sorry but as you or another account holder has already received a switch offer you don't qualify for your recent switch offer ending V051"
I've never switched an account to NW, and this is a sole account only. My missus got the same message and whilst she did get a switch offer previously it was in 2018 so was expecting her to qualify, but figured if she didn't cest le vie.
Anyone else get this? I'll send them a message when I find the right email to question it as was looking forward to £400!0 -
Completed my nationwide switch offer. Wondered if I now want to switch to another bank for the switch offer, what impact that would have on my credit score?0

In response I was informed a switch doesn’t always require seven working days . Not sure that is accurate but I shall wait to see what actually happens on 23 November.0 -
So my switch day is today. It looks like it's partially done. Account balance has moved and TSB show it as a switched out account but the Nationwide account isn't showing the Direct Debits yet.
No sign of Switch bonus either yet0 -
Does anyone know when this switch offer will end?
I've just opened a Barclays account today and the switch will take place on the 7th December. However, I'm hoping to switch the Barclays account to Nationwide once I've received my £175 from Barclays.1 -
I don't believe they have given an end date as of yet0
