So I opened an account yesterday 7th October with £200 so does that mean I can pay in £200 a month onBridlington1 said:

In other words no you can not pay in 6 lots of £400 but you could pay in 13 lots of £200 so long as you don't open the account on 1st of the month.
1st November 2023 and every month on the 1st with the final payment on 1st October 2024 = £2600.00(13 payments)?

Yes - you can pay in £200 each calendar month, meaning if you open mid-month like you have you are allowed to make 13 payments

normally a big influx of posts saying "i got my bonus". iv'e only seen 2 so far on here. one saying paid on day of switch - odd, and another 3 days on. any others and how long after switch date?0

I'm assuming the reason people haven't posted is because they are still waiting for their DDs to be setup. For example, I've had to setup new burner DD's and it was only once they were done, did I then feel confident enough to go ahead with the Nationwide switch. FYI, the actual switch for one account is going ahead tomorrow and then 2nd on the day after, so I will keep you posted if/when I get the switch incentive.pfpf said:normally a big influx of posts saying "i got my bonus". iv'e only seen 2 so far on here. one saying paid on day of switch - odd, and another 3 days on. any others and how long after switch date?0 -

I switched on 2nd October had a text on the 5th saying I had qualified and payment within 10 days, that landed in the 7th so really quick turn around.pfpf said:normally a big influx of posts saying "i got my bonus". iv'e only seen 2 so far on here. one saying paid on day of switch - odd, and another 3 days on. any others and how long after switch date?
Been a good year for switches having made over 600, will hold current accounts now as mortgage due next year so I don’t want any more credit checks on the credit report.Challenges

Do direct debits need to be taken first or will being only registered be enough for the switch ?1 -

So starling have stopped my switch to Nationwide as there was a sub account attached that was still open when I put the request in.
Have I lost my chance of the £200 switch or if I put in a new switch request that I will be fine?0
