Did end up receiving my passcode through the post, so I've managed to get in and set up the new regular saver. Just in time to get an extra months £200 in. :D

The Switch date isn't for a couple of weeks as I gave it time for the direct debits to be set up/pay out at least one payment before it starts. Hopefully there's no issues.

If anyone benefited from the bonus in October/Nov 2021 but still manages to bag this one, please let us know!
Well, why not do the opposite, you try first and let the people on the forum know. You might get the benefit of the first mover !!!

It requires DD's. So maybe someone is already in a position to switch, rather than me have to get them and wait a month or so to have paid out! :)

If you are intending to get any switch deals in the future it would be better for you to start grooming an account now- set up a couple of easy DDs then you will be able to take advantage from whichever bank!

Hello again.  Plum has now taken out DD from our RBS account.  Still waiting for Moneybox, which is supposed to come out on 4 Oct.  Will I be safe to now go ahead and open a Nationwide flex account and set the switch date sometime late Oct or am I better off just waiting until both DDs are showing?

Also does the switch have to be carried out at the same time as opening the flex account or can I just go ahead and open a flex account and do the switch later?  Just a bit anxious that if I do it wrong, I won't get the switch incentive.

Currently set up my 2x direct debits on my Chase account today so will wait for them to show and then start to initiate the switch to Nationwide

Just out of curiosity which 2 DDs did you setup and how often will they take money from your bank account?
sorry just seen this The Dogs Trust and another animal charity which I can't think of for the moment.  Only £1 and £2 each and set for re-ocurrance once a month :)

  • Does anyone know when this offer will end? Trying to set up my DDs, but it’s taking forever.
I’ve signed up for national lottery, and moved 2 credit card DDs across to the donor account but none are appearing yet.

I had 4 DD moved to my donor account within 1 week, some only took 2 days. All credit card DD and they all show as active.

I don't know when the offer will end but the terms of the Nationwide switching offer state that you'd need to complete the switch within 60 days of requesting it so if you requested the switch today you could set the switch date for as late as 30th November if you wanted to and still qualify for the £200. This would give you about 7 weeks to set up the 2 DDs on your donor account which is ample time for setting up most DDs I've found.
