Morning all,
Well done on the STS @beanielou x
Hope you got to see you friend @bubbs x
Hope all goes well for DH today @joedenise x
Very wet here atm but set to dry up later. Asked DD to do her washing on Sunday when it was a dry day - she didn't, so I left the wash basket outside her door yesterday before work. She still didn't do it, so I was a bit curt with her last night. Not like she's doing anything else the entire day - think she got the message. She's starting a temp job tomorrow by the O2 so a commute to London Bridge then the underground. It's only for 3 months and until she gets something permanent. At least she will be out of the house actually doing something.
Food went wrong last night - had some biccies and crisps whilst watching TV. Definitely stress eating due to my DDad, DD and work. No excuse though. Must rein things in or the weight will creep back on.
Food today:
B - Scrambled eggs, mushrooms, baked beans, 1 x WM toast - P, S, Free, 1/2 HEB
L - SW lunch pot - naked beef burrito, 2 satsumas, banana, apple - free, S
D - pork and apple burger, SW chips, salad - 1, Free, S
HEA - milk
1/2 HEB - hi fi bar
Syns - Chilli Snack a Jacks plus 1 = 5.5

Morning all. Back from our quick trip to Devon - was lovely to see our friends, had fun at my otter keeping experience (was Christmas present from DH last year) and took advantage of the location and ate so much fresh seafood 😋 As a result have lost half a pound this week which was a bonus.
Have skimmed the pages since I last posted and sorry to hear about all the stress and health woes that seem prevalent at the moment 😟 Things are also a little stressful here with work too but less than 3 weeks till we're away again on the last adventure of the year 🤣
Had bran flakes and blueberries for breakfast today, lunch is sweet potato soup with some tomatoes and cucumber on the side and then dinner is kimchi fried rice to use up some veggies and topped with a fried egg.

I had the shock of my life when i went to see my friend, they think she has MND 😥😥 it really upset me, she is having the tests at 2.25 tomorrow.
Well done Ruby.

Glad to see you're using your syns @MrsPorridge. And well done on adding Speed to your meals. 👍
Hope all went according to plan @joedenise. 🤞
Loving the seafood diet @ruby_eskimo! 🤣 Well done on your loss. 👏👏👏
It must be a huge worry for you @Coxy11 with your dad being so far away. Just do your best. 🤗
Definitely try to book those leave days in @Jellybaby. You need a break between now and Christmas countdown.
I've had a strange day but managed to stay on plan. I was supposed to be going out for the day with 2 DDs. DD 2 had to cancel as she's not well. DD1 and I decided to go out anyway. Was up early (SW breakfast of eggs, tomatoes and mushrooms) but train was cancelled. After delays we had a good time but skipped lunch, just had coffee. More delays on the way back. ☹️ I picked on some cold chicken and cornichons when I got in. Bolognese later, easy meal from freezer.1 -
Sounds as if quite a few of you (and families) need virtual hugs.
I'm still not quite comfortable with SW yet but I'm not kidding when I say that this wee forum community you have here has been the best thing about it so far. And bonding with a work colleague who has lost three stone.
First weigh in at 7! Hoping I have lost a couple of lbs at least.
Have hardly eaten today just because I've been so busy.
1 pepper
1 kiwi
1 apple
1 light babybel.
Because I'm going to weigh in I am hungry but can just stay hungry till later.1 -
