Well I have just had the most dire fishcakes.
Scottish salmon(of course!!) from SAinsbugs.
Unfortunaly they had something really hot in them.
Red chillies I think

Morning all, up early this morning and didn't sleep well - first time I've had to sleep on my own for a very long time (apart from when in hospital!) - it seemed really weird! Thanks for the good wishes for DH's op today - I hope it goes well too obviously!!!
I have a few things I want to get done today so that should keep me busy for at least part of the day until I go up to the hospital this evening. I have an optician's appointment (finally I can get some proper glasses rather than using the cheap £1stretcher ones I'm using at the moment!). I'm sure they'll be better than these ones - they do the job better than not having any.
Also need to do some shopping and have soaked some soya beans so want to use those to make a curry which I found online. Will make a change from chickpeas! Having said that I'd actually like to find some more recipes to use them for as I bought a 500g bag of them - I think I must have picked them up instead at chickpeas at some point as they looked similar in the dried state - they definitely look different now they've been soaked though.
It's raining cats and dogs out there this morning so definitely no washing!
Today's plan:
B - porridge, fresh fruit - HEB; S; F
L - stuffed pepper -HEA2; S; F
D - egg, chips, beans - P; F (if I feel like anything when I get it as don't really like eating late)
HEA1 - milk
HEA2 - cheese
HEB - porridge
Syns - none planned (probably just as well seeing as I went a bit mad with the doughnut yesterday!)
