Hi all,
Didn't manage to get on yesterday. I went to group to do pay but didn't weigh. DH and I went to London for an 8 course taster menu with wine courtesy of BIL for DH's big birthday. As a result I had a toasted bagel with primula light for breakfast, no lunch and then the treaty meal with wine. OMG was in a really posh part of London (just near Gloucester Road/Kensington) and the weather was torrential rain, so we turned up looking like drowned rats. I could tell you all about the beautiful food, but I'm drawing a line!!!
Woke up this morning 0.5lb lighter than yesterday morning so clearly I am meant to eat that type of food everyday lol. Food today has been 1 x choc chip brioche and a can of pepsi max for breakfast, as head was not great, lunch was 2 satsumas. Will be doing a chilli con carne and rice for dinner.
Well done on the 0.5lb loss @Longwalker and enjoy the wedding and Tuscany!
Sounds like you're getting right into the plan @NornIronRose
Hope your DH doesn't have to wait too long for the eye op @joedenise
@maman I got some of those pink pickled onions today and they are £1.29! Great bargain on the mince!

Your posts always make me hungry @bubbs. I'm just about to put the roasties in the oven. 😋
We've been spoiled/fooled with the weather this year. Clocks go back next week and you've only just had summer conditions in Devon. It's hard to get your head around.
Glad to hear you enjoyed your meal in high places @Coxy11. It may/may not show on the scales but you've earned the leeway as a target member. The important thing is to get back on plan ASAP as you are. 👍1 -
I have been for a lovely afternoon tea with a friend.

Well i didn't have "apple pie" because there was only 2 wraps left and the kind person i am left it for dh for tomorrow as he has them as well, as i know i won't be going near a shop tomorrow. so i had fruit and ice cream, 2 syns saved as i had a drop of honey .
Maman it is hard to get my head around, be Christmas before we know it 🤣🤣 all them chocs 😋 dried figs and dates 🤣🤣Sealed pot challenge number 003 £350 for 2015, 2016 £400 Actual£345, £400 for 2017 Actual £500:T:T £770 for 2018 £1295 for 2019:j:j spc number 22 £1,457Stopped Smoking 22/01/15:D:D::dance::dance:- 5 st 1 1/2lb :dance::dance:1 -
Morning all, it's dry at the moment but will be getting rain later but it will probably wait until we need to go out! DH has his pre op this afternoon and then op tomorrow sometime. Hopefully will find out what time. Hoping he's going to be going down in the morning and then he'll be able to come home tomorrow evening but if he doesn't go down until the afternoon it will probably be Wednesday morning which will mean an extra trip to Canterbury.
No plan food wise for today other than Weetabix, milk and frozen fruit for breakfast. I had planned on doing kedgeree but DH said he didn't really want a big breakfast as we're eating a big meal lunchtime just in case it's like our local hospital where you only get a sandwich and a small piece of cake for the evening meal!
You are definitely a kind person @bubbs letting your DH have the wraps for this lunch today but you still had a nice pudding with the fruit and ice cream with honey.
You can keep the dried figs and dates @bubbs but suspect a few chocs will pass my lips over the Christmas period if anyone buys me any! Having said that my DDs have been good about not buying me chocs for years now so I probably won't get any!
Have a good day everyone.1 -

Morning all, after posting on Saturday I kind of fell of the wagon yesterday! I'm still completing the food diary and it makes for awful reading but line is drawn.
Still haven't managed to catch up on posts so hope everyone (and their loved ones) are well.
Today's plan:
B - 45g bran flakes (HEB), raspberries, yoghurt (0.5)
L - ham and veggie omelette, pickles
D - mince loaded with onions and carrots, potatoes, cabbage
Have a good day everyone!0
