Morning - just!
I lost 0.5lb at group so 1lb within target. Would like to lose a bit more before my all-inclusive weekend away next week. I got 3 x lunch pot SW meals from Iceland after group - one for today's lunch. We are going to a matinee at the local theatre and DH and DD want Burger King, so I'll eat before we go and just have a diet coke.
Well done on the 1.5lb loss @MrsPorridge xx
Safe travels @bubbs and enjoy the complimentary cream tea
Glad the travelling wasn't as bad as you feared @joedenise and good to get some info on the op. I got 2 x Cross Stitch Guild designs, some charms to add to Christmas cards, and a kit to crochet a slipover for me. It's a very 70's design but I love it and it will look great with a white shirt underneath and some jeans
Not sure what we will do for dinner as we are heading home to watch the rugby on catch up after the theatre. Will see what I can conjure up!

Well done on your 1.5lb loss @MrsPorridge. Did you like the roasted pepper version of the humus? I think it's a much nicer flavour.
Well done on your 0.5lb @Coxy11 and for being a bit further inside target. Good luck with losing a bit more this week before your weekend away.
I wish I could do some crochet but unfortunately I can't do very much at a time as it causes a lot of pain in the base of my thumb, same with knitting. When I knit anything it has to be small as can only manage a short row at a time for the same reason. I'm currently knitting cotton squares to use as make up removers - I've completed one in pale pink which will be part of a friend's Christmas present, planning on getting a pale blue and a white one to go with a cleanser, toner and moisturiser set. Also got her a book that I know she wants. Currently doing a slightly bigger one to use as a dishcloth in a cheaper grey cotton. Should get at least 3 or 4 from the ball of grey.0 -

Hi all, MIA this week as work’s just been stupidly busy and I’ve had a few appointments to take the parents too as second brother ‘forgot’ he’d promised to visit and take them 😠
Despite the stress of work and running around I stayed on plan and was a little disappointed it was only half a pound off this morning but I guess it all adds up. It does mean however I’ve either lost of STS for the last four weeks so at least no gains and no yo-yoing.
Well done to all the losers 👏👏 and have a fab holiday @bubbs 🍹
The rain’s been relentless here too @beanielou, we’ve got lots of flooding and accidents on the motorway so very glad I was organised and got shopping last night. Quite enjoying a ‘me’ day.
Lasagne and salad for dinner tonight with Quarks, skinny caramel syrup and strawberries for pudding - not really a sweet fan but it all needs using up 🤣

Well done on your losses @MrsPorridge, @Coxy11 and @Jellybaby. 👏👏👏 However big or small, they all count. 👍
So sorry to hear some of you have adverse weather. You won't want to know that we (I think that includes @joedenise and @Coxy11) have had a glorious day. I've had short sleeves on all day. Still warm now. 😁
Haven't had dinner yet. DH and I have been having a 'discussion' about our new kitchen extension before we meet with the architect later this week. No idea why it's so stressful. ☹️
We're having gammon with cheese and pineapple for dinner. It's YS from Sainsburys and 1.5 syns. I think some of that's because of the cheddar so probably some can be ignored as part HEA.
Today's EE plan -
B- HEB porridge, HEA milk, strawberries (S), banana (F)
L- Spanish omelette (P, F, S), ham (P), pickles (S)
D- gammon (P), SW chips (F), green stuff, mushrooms, tomatoes (S)
Syns - gammon 1.5, half Crunchie 3, weekend wine 😁0
