Thanks for the warm welcome everyone. Loving the look of that pudding. You inspired me to make a jelly Bubbs .
i have been pretty much on plan today. Did a ballet barre fitness class for the first time ever. Definitely more French and Saunders than Darcey Bussell 😊2 -
Morning all, definitely a bit cooler this morning and a bit cloudy - there's even a few spits in the air but can't moan as we didn't' get the forecast storms yesterday - if fact all we had rainwise was a few spots on the windscreen when we went shopping yesterday morning!
DH needs to go and get another blood test done as our GP didn't ask for all the ones needed by the consultant when he had them done last week! Our GP is absolutely useless. Also need to go an put diesel in his car as when the hospital appointment comes through it won't be at our local hospital but down at Canterbury, a hour away.
@shirleytch - it doesn't matter if your Body Magic is more French and Saunders than Darcy Bussell at least you're moving which is the main thing.
Today's plan:
B - cheese and tomato omelette - HEA2; P; S
L - ham and salad sandwich - HEB; P; S; 1.5
D - liver, bacon, onions, tomatoes, mash, green veg - P; S; F
You'll see there's a theme here with the tomatoes! We're over-run with them again and I just haven't got the freezer space to store them but think I'm going to have to roast some of them and keep them in the fridge to use over the next few days!
HEA1 - milk
HEA2 - cheese
HEB - bread
Syns - LF spread 1.5
Have a good day everyone.
