You got to really haven't you? No matter how much you want to change things around, theres got to be the odd moment of "sod it "  I found it slowed down over time, I didn't run straight to the shop for crisps ( my trigger )  I did last week Ill admit, but I didn't really deep down enjoy them, more I relied on the memories of enjoying. Slowly my taste buds have changed big time and I find that I dont actually want something that I know Im going to eat too much off.

Tonight for instance is traditionally fish and chip night, out of the fat fryer. Mr L doesn't like it as much as mum and me, and tonight Ive found a bit of bolognese which me and he will have, and I'll still do mums fish and chips - she loves it , so we are all happy. I am because Im choosing the healthier option, even though I would love to eat deep fried fish and chips

I feel like carp tonight. The cold I thought I was getting last weekend has ended up in my sinuses . I can barely hear a thing and head thumping. Hopefully Ill sleep it off tonight cos I feel as rough as a badgers bum

Back on 12;30 - 4;30 next week so an easy week. Means I get time to keep on top of the housework, get in and out of work easily, find free parking, and am busy enough in work to keep me interested - I hate quiet days

Well done on your loss @MrsPorridge. 👏👏👏 Your syns after reminded me of a friend's little boy. I was giving him a lift and he showed me where he and his mum always parked to go to the chippy on the way back from 'fat club'. 🤣

I think it's common for many people to have a treat when you've got a whole week of syns in the bank. Plenty of time to rein it back. If it helps then fine. What mattters is that you enjoyed them.

You've done so well to STS after the week you've had @NornironRose. 👍 How are you settling in to your new home? 🤔

Great bargains again @bubbs. I always look for YS but rarely that good around here. ☹️

Washing basket cleared again @joedenise. I put the WM on last night so it was ready to go out this morning. All dried on the line. Unbelievable for November.

I've got a bit of a 'good when I can' week coming up, starting with lunch out with DD2 tomorrow.

    Today's EE plan -
B- HEB toast, fried egg (P), baked beans (F), HEA 1 milk for drinks
L- JP (F), cottage cheese (P), tomatoes and pickles (S)
D- chicken in salsa (P, S, HEA 2 cheese), SW chips (F), speed veg (S)
    Syns - salsa 1, weekend wine 😁

Seems like the early bird is needed for YS in Asda @bubbs. Obviously you got into it when talking DH to work. Any news of when he starts back? 🤔 It'll be strange for both of you.

Ham and melon is a standard starter in most Italian restaurants, usually galia or similar but not that different to what you had.😋

    Yes Beanie, doughnuts 😋😋😋

Maman this is a town 20 miles away, my store never have reductions, we go over there for a day out but go early as we know bargains will be there, same place as company shop. DH is back at work part time on a phased return although he don't want to be there :(
