Well done @Longwalker getting to target, brilliant! Now the hard part staying within target range! It will take a while to work out what's best for you and it won't necessarily be what the book says! I certainly can't keep having the extra syns without gaining even though it told me to. I still try to stick to the 5-15 syns a day with the odd day of going well over!
Don't blame you wanting to shout from the rooftops.2 -

So sorry for your loss @MrsPorridge. 🤗
It obviously took over from your result on the scales but stay strong and in control. Eating well and healthily will help. 👍
Many congratulations on getting to target @Longwalker. 👏👏👏. It's amazing when you think you only got back from your off plan wedding trip to Italy a couple of weeks ago.
So your shoes came to the rescue @bubbs. 🤣 Perhaps you should have had the Percy Pigs as well as the doughnuts! Are you happy with your target weight or would you consider dropping it?🤔
It's been a glorious day here. I did put the washing out but couldn't take it in until after dark so now finishing off indoors.
That's ridiculous getting a call so early @joedenise. Hopefully the results were fine
