Seems like everyone needs hugs today for various reasons - self included! We have had news that MIL hasn't got long - she's been in a hospice since September so its just a waiting game, but still upsetting and I feel quite rattled. I'm not even close to her so not sure why I feel this way.
B wholemeal muffin with scrambled egg and spinach
L - skipped it completely
D - rest of the cottage pie mixture and I put some reduced fat cheddar on top (HEA)
Snack - sugar free jelly which I think might be 1/2 syn - it made 4 jellies so two for me and two for DH so 1/4 syn with FF yog.
