Oh @bubbs! Hope you're OK, never a good look with a black eye! Think I'd rather take @beanielou up on her offer rather than a white stick LOL! Lilac with bubbles sounds good!
So sorry you still haven't exchanged @NornIronRose, your buyer's lender is being a right a*se saying they won't put the funds available in writing until completion day! If that's the case then I can't see the exchange happening tomorrow either, sounds like it's more likely to be Friday.
Your DD needs to make up her own mind about SW. If her head isn't in the right place it would be a waste of her time and money. The best you can do is to encourage her to eat more healthily and when she visits give her some really tasty SW meals!

Eek @ the falls @bubbs. Im petrified of falling now after two last year - one out of bed and spit my ear on the bedside and bruised myself top to toe, and the one that left me out of work for 8 months@joedenise , Im with you, its bloody irritating as hell when you are doing your best and the scales dont play ball. I say all the right things but inside Im like !!!!!!, I worked hard this week, why arent the scales doing their bit? lolIm exhausted, eyes hanging out of me. Back into work today and OMG I was thankful it was for only 4 hours. I was the only staff on the floor and covering 36 tables on my own was more then enough. The lurgy is going around and we have peeps of sick. I didnt get time to think about being hungry, had my yoghurt, berries and oat bran in the car at 11:30, had a baby bell ( light) when I finished and had a pork chop ( skinny fat free one) with a potato, mushrooms, aubergine, peas and carrot and parsnip mashJust sent it all to hell in a hand cart by snaffling two biscuitsOh well, tomorrow is another dayCant make the funeral, because we are short staffed, but Mr L is going. I haven't seen the deceased in 20 years but shes the mother of our best man and she was a lovely lady. Shes had Alzheimers this long while and been in a care home. Her son was over just 3 weeks ago and she never had a clue as to who he was. We were attending just to support him reallyIm just so ruddy tired and just not getting more then 4/5 hours0

Morning all,
Back here after 2 consecutive days in the London office. Mood there is dire, boss still sulking that I'm going and there are no staff to replace me, so not great! @Jellybaby no way - do not stay a moment longer!
I hope I'm right in congratulating @beanielou, @Longwalker, @NornIronRose and @joedenise on losses - please forgive me if I've left anyone out.
@beanielou and @bubbs - sorry to hear about your tumbles - sending hugs your way.
Went to Pizza Expre$$ for lunch yesterday and had the beetroot buddha bowl and a pomegranate still lemonade as wanted to avoid the bulky fizz of coke zero. What do others drink that is low or no syn and not fizzy please? Had a lovely time with my work buddies - I will miss them so much.
Food today:
B - Weetabix choc melts, mullerlight vanilla, blueberries, apple - HEB, 0.5, S
L - Poached egg, grilled bacon, mushrooms, 2 satsumas - P, S
D - $1m spaghetti - new recipe from Slimming Eats, salad leaves, tomatoes - Free, HEA, 2, S
HEA - milk
Syns - hi fi bar 3 plus 2.5 so 5.5 total

Oh dear @bubbs sorry that you have joined the fallers club, my last major one was in September when I tripped over an awning guy rope, dammed thing is black/grey against black/grey stones of hard standing, few cuts and bruises and by bye £300ish quid for new specs.
Well done to the losers, I lost 1/2lb and WI (just under target), appetite still poor so not finding it hard to stay there or lose the odd 1/2 ATM, will enjoy it while it lasts.
@NornIronRose I do hope the exchange and completion work out soon, it astounds me that in this electronic age it takes longer to process a property transaction than it did when I became an EA in 1981 and everything was done manually.
@Longwalker I hope the staffing shortages resolve soon, those 2 biscuits were needed, don't beat yourself up!
@Coxy11 pleased you enjoyed lunch with colleague, how many days do you have left where you are?
Knit & Natter today, I am just a Natterer at present, need to sort out a small project to take and do there - no one minds, but it would be nice to achieve something, not even really feeling the love for reading either somehow.
Take care all.
The best thing about the future is that it comes one day at a time. (Abraham Lincoln)1 -

Official weigh in day yesterday, a 2lbs loss which meant I picked up my 5 stone award.
I've not been very well, I got viral pneumonia which set off an asthma exacerbation, so steroids have been the name of the game.
I was absolutely raging at my GP though, I've been referred for upper GI surgery and despite updating them of my current weight the day before referral, on the referral they put I had a BMI of 45! Well that resulted in a response from the consultant that I needed to have a referral for intensive weight loss rather than being put on the list proper. How my surgery could have got it so wrong I have no idea but I'm nowhere near a BMI of 45 and it was so frustrating after all the weight loss that I am still being thought of/treated as a fat person.
Even more annoying, when I pointed out the issue to the surgery (but before I got through to the consultant) with my current and correct weight and BMI, I asked if they would be letting the consultant know and they said that the records had been updated but letting the consultant know would be entirely up to the GP but it wasn't likely.
I updated the consultant directly. We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.

Afternoon all, a bit later than usual today as had an optician's appointment. Have finally ordered my new glasses. Still going to be wearing them all the time even though I've had the cataracts done. Although my vision is good enough to drive without glasses the difference with them was far sharper so decided to bite the bullet and get them so varifocals it is then. At least I only need to go again in 2 years time rather than the annual checks I'd been having for the 5 or 6 years before having the cataracts done.
Well done @SingleSue on the weight loss and your 5 stone shiney. Your GP surgery sounds as bad as mine! I don't blame you contacting the consultant yourself with an update to your weight and BMI.
Today's plan:
B - porridge, grapes - HEB; F
L - jacket potato, tuna mayo, salad - P; S; F; 0.5
D - stifado (with added peppers and mushrooms); mash; green beans; peas - P; S; F
HEA1 - Milk
HEB - porridge
Syns - LTL mayo - 0.5; May have a bar later 3-5 syns depending on which one I decide to have
Have a good day everyone.
