Hi all, and now the small claim track is received, would you kindly check with me the answer for Q D1 is:I am not satisfied with the prospect of the case being adjudicated solely based on written submissions, as it appears to unfairly favour the legally represented party. After enduring numerous years of intimidating demands from aggressive parking companies and their agents, I strongly believe that I deserve the opportunity to voice my concerns in person at a attended hearing.I seek the opportunity to cross-examine the Claimant regarding their evidence during an in-person hearing, with the intention of revealing any omissions, inaccuracies, or misleading assertions.Considering that the Claimant is a company specialised in generating standardised parking case documentation, allowing this case to proceed solely on written submissions would seem to provide the Claimant with an unfair advantage. Particularly, it would deprive the Defendant of the chance to challenge the issues present in the Claimant's template submissions and to present themselves as the sole credible witness to the events under question.0

Looks like you found some help for the wording, was it through the NEWBIE sticky or the template defence thread? If so, you are correct.2

Of course, which is what we would expect posters to do (proof read anything copied from other threads for a 'relevance check', which only the OP can do really).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD5 -
Sorry for the many questions, but I didn't find the email address for the claimant company, they don't have any email on their website nor in the claim Form. How can I contact them for the Form N180?0
