    But that's not the only place I said...you'll know people in England.

    OMG everyone - read that POC!  Hilarious!

    @Coupon-mad

    May I ask about the excuse for changing the location? I need to submit the application tomorrow. also the claimant email. I found it in one of the photos he provided for the IAS. Also, would Portsmouth be ok?

    Application? You are not doing an application.  Aren't you just at DQ stage?

    Yes Portsmouth is OK.

    State in the body of the email AND in the DQ itself that your address for service has changed to NEW PORTSMOUTH ADDRESS.  No excuse or reason needed.

    Email the CNBC and the PPC.

    That's got to be a first, right?

    Yes. So unprofessional too!  Reads like a child wrote the first things that came into his head!

    The keeper received the ppc response on the DQ, and they chose Bth as a hearing place, does this make any difference?

    Surely that POC is just begging to be struck out at allocation stage!

    Was CEL V Chan attached with the defense?

    No.

    You MUST state the words I said about your address changing. In your DQ and in the covering email AND in the subject line too.

    And obviously choose Portsmouth court.

    That has to be a contender for the worst POC from a PPC ever, and that's a tough competition to win.

    Did your Defence include a mention of CEL V Chan? It's an important appeal ruling that has seen terrible POCs struck off the register before.

    I was advised for me to attach a copy of said transcript to the DQ that you'll be doing next (having failed to include it in my defense). The object being to draw the Allocating Judge's attention to the woeful POC that looked liked it was completed by an unsupervised work experience candidate.
