Nothing gets sent to the PPC if they are using a solicitor. And I doubt the CNBC has sent you the DQ just yet?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

OK, so email it to the CNBC & solicitor (I don't think you said who they are but of course their email address is easy to find on this forum).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I didn't find any email for the company here, but found this.Coupon-mad said:OK, so email it to the CNBC & solicitor (I don't think you said who they are but of course their email address is easy to find on this forum).
"D1 = name of your local County Court – unless you are a Limited company, the case files will be transferred there. They will ask for theirs but protocol dictates it is your court. For example, MIL Collections always asks for Truro You, literally, do not want to go there."
Is there any issue to ask for Bournemouth?0 -
Not recently. No worries.
Are you telling us this claim is filed by a solicitor firm for which (when you search this forum for their name and the words 'email address') you get zero results?

The claim was sent and signed by the company itself, there is only a post address without email. However, in the IAS appeal the company sent a photo evidence conversation with the building management including their email.Coupon-mad said:Not recently. No worries.

Can it be used?
For the search I didn't find any email address related to the company all that I found is another thread discussing appealing to the company.0 -

Ah then I retract what I said earlier about your choice of court! It IS a problem. Their claims are fairly rare, so I never suspected them.
Oh dear.
NOT BOURNEMOUTH OR POOLE.
Not with that PPC.
You will have to (urgently) switch service address to a relative somewhere non-biased; good courts include Southampton & Luton if you know anyone there who could receive a couple of letters and alert you when you get a hearing. If not, somewhere else in England.
Please can we see the POC? Cover parking date, car park location & vehicle number.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
