    Has the keeper actually denied being the driver then?
    Telling lies is definitely not a good idea.

    Have you filed an Acknowledgment of Service yet?

    No, they used "intimated he wan't the driver". And then mentioned the online platform declaration 
    "intimated he wasn't the driver". What does that actually mean?

    And please also tell us about this 'online platform declaration'. What on earth is that?

    This is what the PPC mentioned, in the whole stages up to the claim form. The platform is this forum. the PCP took photo if the keeper conversation admitting he was the driver. Is that strong exhibit?

    Yes he used the word deny in previous appeals
