Well well well.. after more than a year. I just received this in the post!

As I can download the questionnaire online, can I submit these online via the court system, or do they need to be sent physically? If I have to send these physically, can I claim back expenses?

As your Claim was issued sometime last year, I think you are able to refuse to take part in, what is now compulsory, mediation.

Is that part compulsory? It does give you an option in the questionnaire as a yes/no doesn’t it?

Read the Announcement thread I signposted you to read.  It explains the change and which claims it affects, as well as providing you with the right CNBC email address for a DQ.

Nevermind. I've just sent back my direct questionnaire. 😊

Will provide an update when I have a response from them.

As always, thanks to all for the support so far.

I’m now wondering if I need to do anything within the online money claims portal, or will my direct questionnaire be updated in the timeline section within the portal?

    Thanks.
