Just received an email confirming my mediation appointment. 4 weeks from today.
I'm going to keep it short. Yes and no answers. And obviously more no's than yes'1 -
I’m absolutely blown away by this thread.

Could this be because they only submitted their intent/questionnaire? So regardless how old the claim is.. is it when they submit their intent is when the mediation rule would come into play? I would assume that is the case?

Or take the scum PPC for a ride on it and waste an hour of their time if you can string it out asking lots of 'clueless defendant' questions and being deliberately vague. Ending the call when you get bored with the drivel from the Mediator trying to bully you into making an offer.

They've just called and said ParkingEye has reduced their bill to £250 and if I am willing to accept.
I said I am declining and I am happy to go to court.2 -
Hi all.
I just received a letter from the court confirming that the claimant has until the end of March to pay the court fee; otherwise, the claim will be struck out. Additionally, the court date is set for the end of April.1
