I received a letter from the Civil National Business Centre from ParkingEye / DCB Legal

Hi all. I have just received a letter from DCB legal to say that they intend to proceed with the claim. The letter confirms that the court will direct both parties to file directions questionnaires in due course, however they have attached a copy to the letter already. They also confirm that they will consider an our of court settlement blah blah..
Do I ignore the questionnaire and wait until the court sends their copy?
Once again, thank you very much in advance.

You should be following the 12-point checklist that is in the first post of the template defence thread which tells you exactly what you need to do and what to expect when.2

Okay great. I have just read that again. That post confirms I ignore this letter, just file it and wait a couple of months for the court to send the questionnaires. I'll just do that.
Thanks again.

Hi all. It’s been 3 months now and I have still not heard anything about next steps. Last communication I received was their intention to proceed (see below)
Should I be expected to hear something soon?
Thanks!

Thanks! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Thanks for the fast reply. To be honest I'm totally new to this forum stuff so dont even know how to start a new thread. I googled for advise on CNBC claims and stumbled upon it. I have found it very helpful and submitted an acknowledgement of service. I have found the defence template also.0

You didn't watch the forum navigation video about starting threads, offered when you registered? In the welcome email?
I suspect it's under "help" or "forum help" which I think is probably listed under the three horizontal lines (top left of every page). You are trying to run before you've watched the video re how to walk round the forum!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
