I received a letter from the Civil National Business Centre from ParkingEye / DCB Legal

Hi all. I have just received a letter from DCB legal to say that they intend to proceed with the claim. The letter confirms that the court will direct both parties to file directions questionnaires in due course, however they have attached a copy to the letter already. They also confirm that they will consider an our of court settlement blah blah..

Do I ignore the questionnaire and wait until the court sends their copy?

Okay great. I have just read that again. That post confirms I ignore this letter, just file it and wait a couple of months for the court to send the questionnaires. I'll just do that.

Hi all. It’s been 3 months now and I have still not heard anything about next steps. Last communication I received was their intention to proceed (see below)

Should I be expected to hear something soon?

Unpredictable I'm afraid.  Anything can and does happen. As long as they have your current address it's just a waiting game.

Thanks for the fast reply. To be honest I'm totally new to this forum stuff so dont even know how to start a new thread. I googled for advise on CNBC claims and stumbled upon it. I have found it very helpful and submitted an acknowledgement of service. I have found the defence template also.

You didn't watch the forum navigation video about starting threads, offered when you registered?  In the welcome email?

I suspect it's under "help" or "forum help" which I think is probably listed under the three horizontal lines (top left of every page).  You are trying to run before you've watched the video re how to walk round the forum!
