PiP- Nope! Coins still not paid in, but for a goodish reason as I may soon be able to cobble together a bag of 5ps to join them.

You are rapidly heading towards that £100k. Definitely closer to it than if you didn't have £5000 minus £1.94 so well done to you.
feeling smug that I didn't need a reminder to charge my torch 😉1 -
*whispers* I'm at £4200 minus that small earning @Blackcats but thank you for your faith in my ability to find a grand in a month 😁0

My optimistic maths definitely contributed to my money management muddles in the past.1

Up at a normal person's time
Admin comping tidying
Picked up some small flower pots from Olio and turned that into a 30 minute walk. Beautiful day but so chilly
Saved lots of money ignoring all the 'Blue Monday' emails as it is an absolute load of tosh made up as a marketing device to flog holidays (although I also have suspicions about New Order being both far-seeing and canny about the existence of google)
Shower and hairwash
Amazed by Co-op sending out an email saying 'We've listened to our members so we're taking away reward points'. I bet not a single person asked you for that. What an absolute cheek
Main afternoon task was a bit of (as yet unpaid) work, so obviously had to eat my way to it but at least did manage to get in a few portions of fruit (and a massive chunk of the last of the panettone)
Wussy situps
Considered going for another small walk but by the time I had time to, it had got to one degree outside and frankly I would rather be a little fatter than a lot more cold so I will be staying in this evening!

@Slowdown I'm an idiot, I had previously said welcome to you. I thought it was a bit odd! Turns out it's just me who's a bit odd 😂
But do pop in and say hello when you can anyway, haven't seen you for ages. Hope all is well0 -
Hey PiP, don’t blame you for forgetting. I forget most things most of the time!I’ve been reading along the whole time. Enjoying your journey with you and salivating at your beers and wine. I’m cracking on with dry January as I love self inflicted pain and denial. No. Actually I don’t but if I don’t rest my liver it’ll have shrivelled to the size of a kidney bean before too long. I’m just a bit too found of my little Belgian brews. And I love a Golden Champion and a Honeydew. And a drop of red/white/rose wine.I’ll go and make a cup of tea. 😖0

Oh dear @Slowdown 😂
I had an Earl Grey for the first time in ages today, forgot how nice they are. Hope you've got some biccies to go with it to reward yourself. Do report back on what lovely drink you choose to end your abstinence (maybe go for a 3.5% ale rather than a voddy 😁)1 -
Hello @PennysIntoPounds. I love an Earl Grey tea. Agree totally re Blue Monday. I was a fully formed adult before everything went cyber and there was no Blue Monday, Black Friday or any other coloured day.Something else I found out at the weekend that made me laugh. S*burys (which is where we do our regular shop) has done a sort of end of year roundup of our spending based on nectar.. It’s like Spot*fy Wrapped for groceries. And (big drum roll) we have apparently purchased more strawberries than anyone else in our usual store over the year. I’m so proud to win an award 🤣🤣. The world is bonkers!!L x4

I’m a Lady Grey 😊 People in work always react in one of two ways to them - either flinch or an appreciative “Ooh! 😊”
😉
